drums, keyboard, backing vocals
Chris was born in upstate NY to a musical family. His father, Scott, is an accomplished funk/blues drummer. Chris grew up playing and setting up his dad's gear, as the youngest roadie on tour. He later earned academic distinction by being the first student in ten years to FAIL band class. After some local success with several NY bands, Chris left to tour along with Eric in The Tripping Billies. Thanks to an introduction from his brother Michael, Chris started traveling to Boulder several times a year to jam with Bardusco. It quickly became clear that they had a chemistry, so Chris decided to move to Colorado to play together. One day the two of them were pensively gazing into their over-filled margarita glasses, and a term from high school chemistry class popped to mind: Meniskus was born.
Strange-but-True: Played quarterback in high school.
Turnons: Speaking French, perusing museums, attractive women.
Turnoffs: Fast food, not being on tour.
Quote: “Dank U wel!”
Influences: Pink Floyd, The Police, DMB, Pearl Jam, Van Halen.
