guitar, percussion
Born in Caracas, Venezuela to an American mom and Italian father, Bardusco grew up listening to big 80s music, thanks to his sister (Latina TV producer) Trina. Bardusco squandered most of his youth skateboarding on the bumpy streets of Caracas and surfing on the northern coast of Venezuela. His first attempt at musicianship was as a drummer in a Caracas metal band. Dissatisfaction with the drums led him to the guitar, which he quickly picked up and instantly fell in love with. His unique playing style, heavily influenced by both the Latin and metal music of his youth, is further distinguished by the fact that he plays both guitar and bass parts on his classical Spanish guitar thanks to some fancy pedal work.
Strange-but-True: Technically, Bardusco does have a first name. But even his mom's forgotten it.
Turnons: Cooking, snowboarding, fine tequila, being asked “Where's the bass player?”
Turnoffs: None known.
Quote: “Coño de Madre!”
Influences: Pink Floyd, Metallica, Pantera, Spanish guitar
